CONFERENCE PRESENTATION
The symptoms of ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) cause functional impairments across several domains, including the workplace. According to the minimal research in this area people with ADHD tend to quit or lose their jobs more often and take more time off work than their non-ADHD peers. Reluctance to disclose their diagnosis due to stigma, prevents them from requesting simple accommodations. This, in turn excludes them from showcasing their unique talents. Michele will provide her 5 top tips for empowering people with ADHD at work and unlocking their ADHD 'superpowers'.
