Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation

About the Presenter

Mary Barros-Bailey, PhD, CRC, NCC, CLCP, ABVE/VE, CVE, CCC is a multilingual Rehabilitation Counsellor, vocational expert, and life care planner in private practice with Intermountain Vocational Services, Inc. She served on a variety of national or international organisations: Commission on Rehabilitation Counsellor Certification (CRCC), including as Chair; Occupational Information Development Advisory Panel (OIDAP) Chair advising the US Social Security Administration on a replacement for Dictionary of Occupational Titles in its disability programs; and others. Dr. Barros-Bailey served on editorial boards or as a reviewer for various peer-review publications, has presented over 200 times nationally and internationally, and authored over 130 publications such as a book, textbook chapters, and peer-reviewed journal articles. She is co-editor of Life Care Planning & Case Management Across the Lifespan (5th ed.) (Routledge, 2023) and lead editor of the Rehabilitation Consultant’s Handbook (5th ed.) (Elliott & Fitzpatrick) in development. She is presently a Fulbright Specialist.
